The Graduation Ceremony takes place each year during the CEMS Annual Events (end of November - beginning of December) which are organised by one of the CEMS institutions.
To graduate, the CEMS student must have validated all obligatory components for the CEMS MIM and her/his home degree. Most students graduate within six months after having finished the programme. Exceeding the limit of 1.5 years between graduation from the home degree and fulfillment of all CEMS MIM requirements will need to be approved (by the CEMS Graduation Committee), but should not exceed a period of 4 years after competing the CEMS MIM year.
The CEMS MIM certificate will show grades in ECTS scale (A to Fb with E as minimum pass). For the language exams, the Common European Framework Agreement language levels are used (see the Guide to CEMS Language Testing
