Internships (at least 10 weeks in length) provide students with a real life professional learning experience in integrating them in an organisation’s culture and processes. Their main objective is to turn academic experience and theoretical knowledge into a professional, multi-cultural experience. They must therefore be at the level of a graduate recruit in order to provide valuable business experience. Internships can take place at a CEMS Corporate Partner, though not compulsory. They can also take place outside of Europe. Since the internship abroad is not actually offered within the CEMS MIM programme, but is rather considered as a requirement for graduating from CEMS, it can take place at any time during the graduate period of studies.
Students of Tri-National or Multi-Country Track may take internship also at home country, provided it is an international company.
