 Scope of office responsibilities

 
  • attending to honorary patronages,
  • performing office tasks,
  • handling the matters directly related to the work of the Rector and the Vice-Rectors,
  • reception and assistant services to provide support for Rector's authorities,
  • running a central register of contracts,
  • running a central register of powers of attorney and authorisations,
  • running a file of documents of the matters settled,
  • secretarial suport for business meetings of SGH authorities,
  • organising visit details of the Rector’s guests at SGH,
  • care of the insignia and academic robes of the Rector's authorities,
  • organising work of Rector's and Vice-Rector's drivers.
